Overview: Production and Design Specialist - Signs, Embroidery, Graphics, Promo, Print at Instant Imprints Boise. Responsibilities: Partner with the ownership team and execute the production process across our product offering to support rapid growth, maximize accuracy and efficiency, drive operational excellence, and build an exceptional culture. Lead with passion and enable the store to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual objectives. Live out Instant Imprints values with customers and team members. Coach and train the team and ensure they have the tools and information needed to exceed company goals. Serve our customers and other Instant Imprint franchises as a consultative partner. Lead independently, self-manage, and make smart decisions. Address issues with team members promptly and effectively. Create and manage a production schedule using our technology platform to drive maximum efficiency. Develop and maintain proficiency in all equipment and machinery in the store, for yourself and the team. Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple leadership tasks within established time frames by planning, delegating, supervising, monitoring, and directing team members. Complete all other assigned tasks and responsibilities. Store Leader potential The role has the potential to evolve into a Store Leader position. Execute sales strategy. Develop, implement, and maintain all store processes and procedures, while managing accounts receivable, inventory, reports, daily sales recaps, bank deposits, and more.
Qualifications: 1+ years of related experience (retail, print shop, graphic design, sign production, or embroidery) 1+ years of vehicle wrap installation experience preferred 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with one or more of the following: Adobe Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop or Corel Draw Competitive compensation package
