About the role
Con Global is hiring for a Railroad Switchman in Fort Worth, TX. This role focuses on safe and efficient movement of railcars within our terminal, monitoring track switches, inspecting conditions, and ensuring proper coupling/uncoupling.
The position requires 2-3 years of rail experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a 6pm–6am shift, including weekends and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits accompany hands-on training and advancement opportunities.
