About the role
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixturesComplete assigned service calls and scheduled maintenance work
- Install sinks, toilets, tubs, faucets, disposals, and other plumbing fixtures
- Install and work with high-end and luxury residential plumbing fixturesComplete final plumbing and trim work on residential construction and remodeling projects
- Pressure-test systems and verify proper operation before completion
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make precise adjustments or repairs
- Recommend appropriate plumbing solutions based on customer needs and system conditions
- Coordinate with project managers, dispatch, subcontractors, and other trades

- Titan to track service calls and maintain accurate job documentation
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Operate independently in the field using a company-provided vehicle
- Uphold Quality Plumbing's standards for craftsmanship, integrity, and customer care
- Valid Washington plumbing certification required. PL01 or PL02 certification preferred
- Five or more years of plumbing experience preferred
- Experience with residential service, troubleshooting, repair, trim, or final fixture installation
- Experience working in high-end residential homes or remodeling environments preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finished workmanship
- Comfortable working independently and managing assigned jobs efficiently
- Professional communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Commitment to quality, honesty, and customer satisfaction
- Humble, teachable attitude and desire to grow with the company
- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle insurance requirements
- Ability to report reliably to Seattle by 7:00 AM and travel to assigned customer and project locations
