Job Description: Job Description Lead a team of more than 10 welders performing custom stainless steel fabrication. This role oversees welding operations, coordinates team activities, interprets blueprints, maintains quality standards, and ensures compliance with safety requirements.
Responsibilities: Supervise welding operations for custom stainless steel fabrication projects. Coordinate the work of a team of more than 10 welders. Interpret blueprints and communicate fabrication requirements to the team. Perform and oversee stainless steel fabrication using TIG and MIG welding techniques. Conduct weld inspections and maintain quality control standards. Promote and enforce workplace safety compliance. Apply problem-solving skills to address welding and fabrication challenges.
Required Qualifications: Experience with TIG welding. Experience with MIG welding. Proficiency in stainless steel fabrication. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Knowledge of weld inspection practices. Demonstrated team leadership experience. Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in stainless steel welding. Technical training in welding or metal fabrication.
