Compensation HighlightsDay Shift (8a–5p, Monday–Friday)$35 per wRVU
Expected productivity: ~60 wRVUs per 9‑hour shift
Bonus:
All RVUs above 60/shift paid at $35/wRVU
Includes 12 weeks of vacation annually
Weekend coverage required on select weekends (not every week worked) Evening Shifts (4p–12a or 3p–11p)$40 per wRVU
Expected productivity: ~80 wRVUs per 8‑hour shift
