Requirements: Doctorate or equivalent applied research experience in sport science or a quantitative field. Track record of peer-reviewed or practitioner-grade publication. Comfort in code. At least Python and SQL.
What you'll do: Own the NOVA research agenda and model evolution. Collaborate with the data platform team on derivations and validation. Publish and defend the methodology with the broader performance community.
