The Opportunity: As a Staff ML Engineer, you will: Develop novel algorithms for real-time neural signal decoding that will define industry standards Architect robust ML systems processing high-dimensional neural data at the edge Collaborate directly with clinical teams to validate models in real-world settings Contribute to an FDA-regulated medical device with immediate patient impact
