About the role
Stantec is seeking a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to drive best-in-class project delivery across their PM Team. The role reports to the Senior PMCL and focuses on coaching, performance monitoring, and implementing PM practices. It supports the BCOL/BCPL while advising Project Management Leads to ensure consistent delivery. Key responsibilities include leading PIRs, reviewing project performance, and guiding risk, cost, and schedule decisions in alignment with Stantec's PM
