What You'll Do:
- Assemble and wire control panels to meet customer specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Verify components against Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Mount and populate panels and enclosures accurately
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Track production time and materials used
- Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate when needed
- Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements
- What You Bring
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to read basic diagrams and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Bonus Points For:
- Electrical wiring or installation experience
- Manufacturing or assembly line background
- EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 30–50 pounds regularly
- Perform repetitive tasks with strong manual dexterity
- Stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift
