About the role

The Durst Organization seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel who will manage legal affairs, facilitating Commercial Leasing matters. This role requires working closely with the Legal Department and outside counsel while ensuring adherence to corporate governance and legal compliance. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in transactional NYC real estate law, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to multitask. The salary range is $200,000 – $225,000 annually.
