About the role

Coordinating and assigning domestic household goods moves, the full-time Moving Allocation Specialist will manage service provider relationships, ensure accurate data management, and oversee operational performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities: Accept and assign domestic and international move orders to appropriate service providers while ensuring policy compliance Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on performance metrics to internal stakeholders and service providers Act as the primary liaison between relocation counselors and van line service providers, addressing inquiries and managing exceptionsRequired qualificationsHigh school degree or equivalent, with at least two years of advanced education in a business field Associates degree or business diploma required, or equivalent experience in the moving/relocation industry Operational knowledge of household goods moving and familiarity with shipping documents Proficient in PC skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel, with strong data entry capabilities Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively as part of a team
