Pine Park Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Director, Physician Assistant in the San Francisco Bay Area. This leadership role balances people management with ongoing patient care, coaching a small Bay Area team of NPs and PAs, and shaping schedules, workflows, and clinical quality. You’ll stay connected to practice while expanding the clinical organization. You’ll work on-site with providers and community partners, with Friday WFH learning days, mileage reimbursement, and a sign-on bonus
