RSCS actively promotes a solid 'team environment' and is seeking technicians who enjoy working on a variety of equipment brands across a broad client base. Requirements Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Minimum 35 years of experience as an Ammonia Service Technician Proficient in: Replacing mechanical seals on pumps and compressors Performing motor alignments Diagnosing and working with electrical systems and controls Troubleshooting and servicing multiple brands of equipment and control systems Understanding industrial-level ammonia refrigeration systems (not residential or commercial-only experience) Capable of: Working independently in client facilities Troubleshooting and repairing equipment when operators cannot Performing start-ups of ammonia refrigeration systems Ideal Candidate Qualities: Experienced in both commercial and industrial refrigeration Self-motivated, hands-on, and a self-starter Well-organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with travel and participating in an on-call rotation Must have a clean driving record If you're confident in your skills and ready to take on challenging and rewarding work, we encourage you to apply.
