About the role
FCA seeks the EVP of Action Sports to lead ministry efforts across sport programs, partnering with the Senior EVP of Sport to amplify impact through staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes. This role focuses on growth of FCA programs and ministry alignment across environments, domestically and internationally.
The position is remote-friendly, offering strategic leadership, relationship-building, and operational continuity while stewarding ministry resources and budgets to advance FCA's mission.
