About the role

Bertelsmann, Inc. is hiring a Vice President, Human Resources to lead the HR function across a decentralized, multi-entity environment with a strategic and hands-on approach. You will shape people strategy, workforce planning, and executive partnership while driving priority initiatives including M&A activity. The role reports to the CEO, spans corporate benefits, employee benefits, and HR-Payroll-IT, and requires in-office work in New York City at least two days a week.
