About the role
Job Description:
ASSEMBLY TECHNICIANMonday to Friday – 7:30AM–4:00PMCrossville, TNJoin a manufacturing team assembling small mechanical components, wiring harnesses, and small engines. This role is hands-on and requires good attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
-Assemble small parts, mechanical components, wiring harnesses, and small engines-Cut, strip, crimp, route, and connect wiring-Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, crimpers, and torque tools-Follow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical documentation-Perform quality checks and basic functional testing-Identify and report defective parts or assemblies-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area-Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent-1+ year of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred-Mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool experience-Ability to read basic drawings, wiring diagrams, or schematics-Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail-Basic math and measurement skills-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–35 lbs.
