The successful candidate will be a senior leader in technology, data, analytics, and business intelligence, with a proven track record of translating these capabilities into tangible business outcomes. This is an embedded, account-dedicated position, and the role is not purely advisory; the Executive Director will be accountable for the performance of the technology and data function and will lead a team to deliver on multi-year digital transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include owning the account's technology and data strategy, leading technology operations, and driving a transformation portfolio aligned with client and company objectives. The role demands a transformation leader with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of experience in a technology, data, or transformation function, and a strong background in enterprise change, particularly in the context of commercial real estate, technology services, or consulting. Candidates for this role at The Company should possess exceptional skills in transformation leadership, operational ownership, and the ability to build and lead a future-ready team. The ideal candidate will have a background in large financial services or other highly regulated environments and be fluent in data, analytics, and BI capabilities, as well as modern data architectures. Executive presence, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams are essential. The role requires a leader who can challenge legacy operating models, drive change at pace, and make the account a proof point for digital transformation at an enterprise scale. Certifications in transformation, program leadership, or technology management are preferred. The Executive Director will also be responsible for building executive business cases, capturing opportunities in automation, AI, and digital enablement, and owning executive relationships across client, company, and technology stakeholders.Hiring Manager TitleHead of Technology Advisory, Financial ServicesFunctionsInformation TechnologyData Management/Analytics

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
