About the role
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Landscape Construction Laborer to join our field crew. This hands-on role supports new landscape installations, commercial properties, residential maintenance, and hardscape projects across multiple local and regional client sites. You will work as part of a team to maintain outdoor spaces, complete landscape improvements, and ensure every property meets high standards for cleanliness and curb appeal. Advancement opportunities include irrigation training and a pathway to Crew Leader.
Responsibilities:
Maintain properties through mowing, string trimming, edging, and leaf blowing.
Perform horticultural detailing, including weeding, pruning, and deadheading.
Assist with plant installation and seasonal planting.
Spread mulch, rock, topsoil, and other landscape materials.
Support new landscape installations, residential maintenance, commercial properties, and hardscape projects.
Safely operate and complete basic daily checks on outdoor power equipment.
Clean up debris from walkways and jobsites to provide a professional finish.
Travel between multiple local sites, single daily sites, and regional projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of landscape construction experience.
Strong work-ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow directions in a team setting.
This is a high-intensity, physically-demanding outdoor position. Candidates must be able to:
Lift and carry materials and equipment weighing 50–75 pounds.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
Maintain a steady pace for 8–10 hours outdoors.
Work in high heat, humidity, light rain, and cold temperatures.
