About the role
Focused on investigating teacher professional learning and student outcomes, the part-time Post-Doctoral Research Associate will co-author publications and grant proposals, facilitate professional development sessions, and provide coaching for teachers implementing a place-based AI in Agriculture curriculum in a hybrid work environment.

Required qualifications:
Doctoral degree in a relevant field
Research experience and co-authoring academic articles
Strong writing skills for a scholarly audience
Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
Knowledge of developing lesson plans for teachers
