About the role
ACL Digital is hiring an Aerospace Development Specialist (Maintenance Trainer) for a contract with direct client in Everett WA and Renton WA Job Title - Employee Development Specialist Location - Everett WA and Renton WA Duration - 12 months (possibility of extension) We are looking for an experienced Aerospace professional with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands‐on experience as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician and prior experience in training and mentoring employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training on aircraft maintenance, systems, and troubleshooting Train and mentor new hires and junior technicians Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions Assess trainee performance and improve learning outcomes Ensure all training follows safety and regulatory standards Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Aerospace / Aircraft Maintenance Strong troubleshooting experience in aircraft systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, or Avionics) Prior experience in training employees / conducting training sessions is mandatory Good communication and presentation skills Preferred Experience as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician Knowledge of aerospace safety and compliance standards
