Strategic Finance Lead | Series A Health Tech / Telehealth SaaS | New York$150,000 - $190,000 + equity Talent Edge are delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, VC-backed Health Tech business building infrastructure for the next generation of virtual healthcare. The company is developing technology that enables healthcare providers to deliver and scale telehealth services more efficiently, sitting at the intersection of healthcare infrastructure, SaaS and digital health. Having recently raised a Series A, the business is entering a key stage of growth and is looking to hire a Strategic Finance Lead to work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team. This is a highly visible role for someone who wants to move beyond traditional FP&A and play a genuine role in shaping how the business scales. You’ll take ownership of financial modelling, forecasting, KPI reporting and strategic analysis, while partnering directly with the Founder and leadership team on key commercial and strategic decisions. Profile:4–7+ years of experience across Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting or a similar analytical finance environment Experience within SaaS, Health Tech, Telehealth or another high-growth technology business preferred Strong financial modelling and forecasting capabilities Comfortable working with SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, retention, CAC and LTVStrong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business decisions Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills Experience working with financial systems and BI/data tools Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous Series A environment Highly analytical, commercially minded and entrepreneurial, with a genuine builder mentality Talent Edge are specialist finance recruiters supporting VC-backed startups, scale-ups and technology businesses across New York and London.
