About the role

Athenix Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in the Annapolis Junction, MD area to support a high-visibility DoD/DoW customer in strategic IT investment planning, budgeting, and governance. You will develop budget submissions, support POM activities, and ensure data integrity for DoD/USCYBERCOM reporting requirements. The role requires extensive PPBE experience, federal IT investment management, and the ability to produce executive-level analysis and documentation.
