Beauty Sales Specialist

Job Duties Include: Provide personalized skincare recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences. Educate customers on skincare products, routines, and product benefits. Represent the brand professionally and create a positive customer experience. Support product awareness, engagement, and sales within assigned ULTA locations. Maintain a professional, knowledgeable, and approachable presence on the sales floor. Depending on market needs, provide coverage across multiple nearby ULTA locations.

Job Qualifications: Previous experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, retail, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge and interest in skincare and beauty products. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable engaging with customers and providing personalized recommendations. Ability to travel between nearby ULTA locations within an assigned geographic market, as needed.
