Administrative - Senior Workday HCM ConsultantThe Senior HCM Business Analyst will lead the implementation and optimization of Workday as the primary Human Capital Management (HCM) system for Parkland Health. This role is crucial in managing the transition from the current system solutions to Workday, ensuring that the system meets Parkland Health's needs while enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience.
