We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator to manage customer orders and coordinate projects from quotation and order entry through manufacturing, delivery, commissioning, invoicing, and closeout. The role involves working closely with customers, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end project execution, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Review contracts, purchase orders, specifications, and project documentation. Manage customer orders, quotations, pricing validation, and order entry. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams. Manage technical documentation, drawings, submittals, and O&M manuals. Track shipments, deliveries, invoicing, startup, and project closeout. Identify project risks, resolve issues, and support process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in project coordination, customer support, order management, or account management. Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ERP, CRM, or project management systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or AS400 preferred. Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, utility, water, or wastewater industries is preferred.
