About the role

Gerdau North America is seeking an entry-level Management Trainee for a 12–18-month program in Recycling. You will support the Location Supervisor and Manager, gain exposure to scrap grading, yard operations, and customer deliveries, while building leadership and technical skills. The program emphasizes on-the-job learning, coaching, and management mentorship across Operations and Commercial Departments, preparing you for a future leadership role within the company.
