About the role
Supporting the design and administration of the ERP platform, the full-time ERP Systems Analyst will focus on NetSuite and collaborate with various business teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to identify system and process improvement opportunities
Administer day-to-day NetSuite operations, including user requests, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and workflows
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in business analysis or ERP/CRM systems
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
Experience with NetSuite or other ERP/CRM platforms preferred
Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
