Business Analyst (Contract)

ResponsibilitiesStrategically evaluate value to the business for process improvements Research and document comprehensive understanding of various workflows Identify and measure baseline metrics that will be used to inform prioritization decisions Articulate the impact of process inefficiencies in order to design end‐to‐end solutions leveraging technology and roles Drive large scale discovery projects to explore new markets, new products, and operational impact of transacting therein Document and promote Business Process Management successes Organize data and connect information from a variety of sources for analysis Lead meetings with senior cross‐functional stakeholders, communicate and provide visibility into project priorities, and solution options that drive stakeholder alignment Effectively present business cases for initiatives to senior leadership Collaborate with Training and Enablement organizations to plan and deploy effective end‐user training and ensure successful change management Qualifications Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree from a top tier college or university a plus Minimum of 3+ years in an analytical role (e.g., Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, Consultant) Demonstrated practical experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies required Experience working with digital and/or broadcast ad technologies highly preferred Strong communication skills a must Collaboration and facilitation skills to drive alignment Personal Attributes Analytically oriented with a focus on building process for the people performing the work Strong communication skills across teams and levels Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‐pressure environment Data‐driven decision maker Ability to work well with a high level of autonomy and trust Team player Excellent interpersonal skills; high EQ Flexible and accepting of evolving process/priorities All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
