Responsibilities:
Process and maintain resident diet orders and dietary records. Update resident meal preferences, allergies, and therapeutic diet with nursing, clinical, and dietary teams regarding diet changes. Assist residents with menu selections and meal requests. Prepare meal tallies, production reports, and dietary compliance with state, federal, and company dietary departmental phone calls and respond to resident and family inquiries. Support dietary service operations and resident satisfaction accurate records in electronic health and dietary systems. Assist with audits and quality assurance activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous healthcare, dietary, food service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition terminology is a plus.
- Strong computer, data entry, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable
