Salary: $52,000$62,000/year + Overtime Pay + 7% Quarterly Bonus Shift: Days | Monday

Thursday | 10.511 Hour Shifts Location: El Dorado Springs, MO Benefits: Full benefits package

About the Role: This role is responsible for leading plant quality systems, ensuring product compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supervising quality personnel in a manufacturing environment. The Quality Supervisor partners closely with operations and leadership teams to maintain product quality, resolve quality issues, and support regulatory and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and maintain the facility Quality Management System (QMS)
Develop and implement quality assurance plans, procedures, and process controls
Conduct root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Investigate customer complaints, nonconformances, and quality-related issues
Perform and support internal, supplier, and external quality audits
Monitor quality metrics, trends, and reporting to drive performance improvements
Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to improve product quality
Validate manufacturing processes and maintain product specifications and documentation
Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements
Supervise, train, mentor, and develop quality team members
Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and process improvements
Maintain quality records, reports, and audit documentation

Qualifications: Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, Technical field, or equivalent experience required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred 35+ years of quality assurance, quality systems, or manufacturing quality experience Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) Experience conducting audits, corrective actions, and root cause investigations Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Quality certifications such as CQE, CQA, or similar are a plus
