This is a GC side seat covering commercial and multifamily renovation and TI projects. You'll be the one running the job, not overseeing from a distance.๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ:Lead the project from the GC side end to end. Own the budget, drive the schedule, manage the field team, and keep owners, architects, and subs aligned every step of the way.๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐'๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:Extensive experience in renovation and tenant improvement (TI) construction, commercial or multifamily Experience primarily on the general contractor side, not construction managementA bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field Strong working knowledge of construction management and scheduling technology๐ก๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ (๐ฏ๐ผ๐ป๐๐, ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ):MEP experience is a strong plus Experience running multiple concurrent renovation or TI projects at once๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐'๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ:$140K to $170K base salary Permanent, full time San Diego, CAFull benefits packageA GC with a strong renovation and TI pipeline You don't need to tick every box.
