About the role

Central Florida Communities, Inc. (CFC) is hiring a Direct Support Professional Supervisor for our DSPS Group Home in Winter Park, FL. You will supervise care delivery, ensure safety, and support residents with developmental disabilities around the clock. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, and a valid Florida driver’s license. Prior DD experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential to implement individual plans.
