Job description: We are seeking a qualified clinical therapist to join our team as an onsite outpatient psychotherapist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality mental health services. This role involves working with individuals, families, and groups to address a variety of psychological and emotional challenges. The Clinical Therapist will play a critical role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients.
Duties: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices. Provide various therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, EMDR, etc. Facilitate child family counseling sessions to improve communication and relationships within families. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards. SkillsTrauma-informed Experience in child family counseling and understanding of pediatric mental health issues. Knowledge of crisis management strategies to assist clients during critical situations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages. Job Type: Full-time, 1099, paid twice a month.
Pay: $75.00 per hour (No-shows are unpaid)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pmWork Location: Onsite
