About the role

Earthjustice is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to oversee core legal practice systems (Litera Foundation, Intapp) and ensure data quality, reporting, and governance in support of its environmental law practice. You will supervise analysts, manage time/billing workflows, and drive efficiency with AI-enabled tooling. You’ll partner with General Counsel on compliance and risk, lead system enhancements, and guide budgeting and planning.
