Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (Corporate FP&A) to join our team onsite in Holland, MI. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will: Join a dynamic team responsible for gathering and analyzing global financial data across multiple sectors to produce executive-level reports and insights that support strategic decision-making. This role leads financial planning, reporting, accounting, and business analysis to ensure alignment with company objectives. The position offers frequent interaction with Haworth executives and supports acquisitions and high-priority business reporting and analysis must comply with accounting standards and company policies, providing accurate and actionable financial Functions: At the direction of department Leadership, conduct work and activities that support established Strategic Financial and coordinate the development of annual corporate financial plans and budgets to meet corporate objectives. Lead and manage special projects related to accounting and finance, such as system implementations or process improvements. Mentor and train Finance members on processes and standard of work. Conduct complex financial analysis, develop financial models, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent area of study. Education Equivalency: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent area of study plus 2 years related experience in Accounting or Finance roles, or High school diploma plus 4 years related experience in Accounting or Finance roles.
Experience:
5 years related experience in Accounting or Finance roles with a Bachelor's degree or, 3 years related experience in Accounting or Finance roles with a Master's degree. Equivalent Military experience. Additionally: Ability to work in Holland, MI, without relocation assistance. Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
