About the role

Watts is seeking a manufacturing assembler in Germantown, WI. You will assemble mechanical units and sub-assemblies to standard processes, inspect first pieces, and prepare finished products for shipment. You will interpret blueprints, manage labeling, and strive to meet productivity metrics while maintaining safety standards. You will work onsite in a team-oriented environment within the Mirrors department, reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
