About the Role: Our client, a growing specialty contractor serving commercial construction projects across the Carolinas, is looking for a professional, client-facing Project Manager to represent the company across the Charlotte market. This person will be the primary point of contact on Charlotte-area jobs, working directly with general contractors and clients while making sure field work is being executed correctly and on schedule. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who wants to be the face of a growing company in one of its most important markets, with real ownership over how that market is represented and run.
What You Will Do: Serve as the primary point of contact and face of the company across the Charlotte market Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and clients Walk jobsites regularly to confirm work is on schedule and installed to spec Coordinate between field crews, subcontractors, and ownership to keep projects moving Own day-to-day project communication and resolve issues as they come up Represent the company professionally in client and GC meetings
What You Bring: Background as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role at a mechanical contractor or general contractor Comfort representing a company professionally in front of clients and GC partners Understanding of jobsite coordination, scheduling, and subcontractor management Self-starter who can operate with a high degree of independence Reliability, strong attitude, and willingness to grow with a company that is scaling quickly Location Based in Charlotte, NC, covering projects across the greater Charlotte market Compensation and Benefits$70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience Company truck and gas card provided Benefits package is being finalized as the company continues to grow
