Forklift Operator/Material HandlerShift: 1st shift 5:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday - ThursdayKey ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and suppliesOperate Forklift safely and efficientlyPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or deliveryMaintain accurate inventory counts and stock organizationLoad, unload, and move products within the warehouse safelyKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazardsAssist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processesMonitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock itemsFollow company safety guidelines and warehouse proceduresAssist with deliveries or customer pickups when neededWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goalsQualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a warehouse or fast-paced environmentDependable attendance and punctualityPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamComfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workdayBasic computer or inventory system knowledge is a plus, but not requiredForklift experience is a plus, but not required 3 - 6 months experience training providedPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move items over 50 pounds as neededAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workdayAbility to perform repetitive lifting and movement tasksComfortable working in a warehouse environmentAbility to lift and move items up to 2550 pounds as neededAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workdayAbility to perform repetitive lifting and movement tasksComfortable working in a warehouse environment
