Opportunity for Software Implementation ConsultantPlease submit your application, resume and salary history to humanresources@computerguidance.com.Job Code: SIC_07012016Department: Professional ServicesLocation: Scottsdale, AZPurpose of position:The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible to work with Computer Guidance clients recommending best-practices software utilization and software implementation, delivering application training and managing customer go-lives from project management, training, implementation, user guidance, data conversion to post-implementation support.Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:Troubleshoot and research client software issuesRecommend best-practice utilization of applicationsDevelop training materials for application training and ERP go-live implementationsDeliver application training workshopsSupport Quality Assurance team with software testing or workaround implementationManage customer go-lives from project management, software installation, software implementation, training to post-implementation supportEducation and Experience:3-5 years' experience as a project manager within a commercial or heavy construction environmentConstruction accounting experience is a plusAccounting or finance degree preferredMust have the desire to consultMust be willing to travel 75% of a timeMust be a disciplined "self-starter" and operate without daily supervisionGood organizational and planning skillsProfessional and confident appearance and presentationExperience in preparing union and certified payroll is beneficialExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceApply now!
