About the role
To support the mission of enhancing California Community Colleges, the full-time remote California Outreach Specialist will elevate student voices, expand partnerships, and advance equity-centered programming across diverse community college populations.
Key responsibilities
Brings an authentic student perspective to elevate awareness of programs and services
Identifies and cultivates key stakeholders to strengthen student engagement and visibility
Collaborates across teams to analyze engagement trends and provide student-informed recommendations
Required qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in student engagement, outreach, or related fields
Direct experience as a student within the California Community College system preferred
Highly motivated self-starter with a bias for action and innovative project execution
Ability to independently manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality results on time
