About the role
Greenwood Credit Union in Rhode Island seeks an Universal Banker to serve as the primary contact for members, delivering a full range of banking services and solutions. You will open and maintain accounts, process transactions, resolve inquiries, and educate members on products while protecting confidentiality.
You will identify sales opportunities, refer customers to appropriate services, and support branch operations, regulatory compliance, and business development efforts.
