- Assist customers with loan applications and approvals

- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Sales, collections, banking, retail, or finance experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
