Extrusion Operator – 3rd Shift Location: Osceola, WI Pay: $23/hour Hours: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM | 40 hrs/week Masterson Staffing is now hiring for an Extrusion Operator position in Osceola, WI! If you have experience operating or monitoring machines (such as CNC), a strong work history, and you're looking for a long-term opportunity—this could be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities: Operate and monitor extrusion machines from start to finish Make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and consistency Maintain accurate production documentation Follow all safety and quality procedures Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Resume showing strong work longevity (1+ year at most previous jobs) Experience in extrusion or similar machine operation (CNC, etc.) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must pass: 10-panel drug screen, National background check (no felonies within the last 7 years). Color blind vision assessment Interview required Please note: This job is not on a bus line. Reliable transportation is required.
