Job Description

Job Summary: Supports the Office/Accounting Manager with day-to-day accounting and office operations. Primary focus is accounts payable, accounts receivable support, product receiving, inventory counts, RMAs, and organized filing and scanning.

Responsibilities: Enter accounts payable invoices accurately and on time Match AP invoices to purchase orders Receive product in the business system Assist with inventory counts Process RMAsFile and scan documents in an organized, timely manner Provide general support to the Office/Accounting Manager as needed

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Steady work history Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently Clear written and verbal communication Professional, polite demeanor with coworkers, vendors, and customers Comfortable learning and using business/accounting software Personal Attributes Self-motivated and willing to learn Reliable and consistent Positive, professional attitude Safety-conscious and focused on doing work correctly \nCompany
