About the role

About the Company: Design data center power systems from your home office, for up to $200K base.
About the Role: We have several remote electrical engineer roles open right now with firms doing data center and mission critical design. You'd own power design from basis of design through construction: single-line diagrams, MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators and switchgear, short circuit and arc flash studies, and construction documents in Revit or AutoCAD. Levels run from mid-level to principal. Travel is typically 10 to 25%, mostly site visits.
Responsibilities:
  • Own power design from basis of design through construction
  • Create single-line diagrams
  • Design MV/LV distribution
  • Work on UPS, generators and switchgear
  • Conduct short circuit and arc flash studies
  • Prepare construction documents in Revit or AutoCADQualifications 5+ years of electrical design experience in MEPAuthorized to work in the USRequired SkillsRevit or AutoCADPreferred SkillsA PE licenseSKM or ETAPData center or mission critical projects
  • Pay range and compensation package
Base salary from $110K to $200K, depending on level. Sign-on bonus on some roles. Fully remote. 401(k) match. Medical, dental and vision. Tuition reimbursement and licensing support.
