About the role

Easterseals Southwest Florida seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in ABA programs across our regional teams. The role conducts functional behavior assessments, writes behavior intervention plans, and ensures staff adherence to BACB standards. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and at least one year of ABA experience (five+ years preferred). A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
