About the role
Leading enterprise retail media strategy and performance, the full-time Retail Media Manager will manage significant media investments across key retail partners, including Amazon and Walmart, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Own and execute retail media strategy across major platforms, translating business priorities into performance-driven media plans
Leverage advanced data tools like Amazon Marketing Cloud and Walmart Luminate to optimize campaign performance and audience targeting
Manage and develop a direct report, fostering a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred
5-7+ years of experience in retail media, eCommerce media, or digital performance marketing
Experience managing campaigns across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and other retail media networks
1+ years of people management experience
Strong expertise in retail media strategy and data analysis
