The position contributes to the full design lifecycle by preparing high-quality technical drawings and schematics that meet engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Success requires strong technical drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret engineering concepts into clear, precise documentation. Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D is required, including the ability to develop and manage 3D piping models, generate intelligent P&IDs, produce orthographic and isometric drawings, and maintain project databases in alignment with industry standards. The role also requires experience supporting the design and documentation of high-pressure pipelines. This position operates within a collaborative environment where adaptability, cross-functional coordination, and continuous learning are essential, as projects often involve working across disciplines and applying a broad range of drafting expertise.
Desired qualifications: Strong technical drafting skills. Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D. Ability to develop and manage 3D piping models. Day to Day: Leads the development and review of 3D models, piping layouts, and orthographic drawings, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry codes.
