We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and the employee lifecycle. This role will focus on onboarding, employee support, benefits and leave administration, maintaining employee records, and assisting with various HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation. Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Assist with benefits administration and leave management. Support employee relations efforts and help foster a positive workplace environment. Process employment-related changes and HR paperwork. Assist with performance management and employee development activities. Prepare reports and support HR projects as needed. Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications:
4-7 years of Human Resources experience. Knowledge of general HR practices and employee lifecycle processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with standard business software and technology tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Experience in the engineering industry or a related field is preferred.
