About the role

Winston Taylor's New York office is seeking a talented mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience in sports finance, project finance, structured finance, or infrastructure finance to join our nationally recognized Global Finance Group. The associate will play a key role in complex stadium, arena, and project finance transactions from inception through closing, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, coordinating with specialists, managing closings, and working directly with leading financial institutions and professional sports franchises. Candidates should have a strong finance background, excellent academic credentials, strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, and be admitted to practice in New York. Experience with stadium or arena financings is a significant plus. About the Group Winston Taylor's Global Finance Group represents lenders, sponsors, and investors in sophisticated project finance transactions. The team has extensive experience representing clients in financings for premier professional sports franchises across the U.S. and Europe, including the Los Angeles Dodgers, Texas Rangers, Edmonton Oilers, Boston Celtics, Los Angeles Rams, Real Madrid, and Everton FC. The group has been involved in financings for iconic venues including Yankee Stadium, Dodger Stadium, SoFi Stadium, Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Climate Pledge Arena, UBS Arena, Rogers Place, and MSG Sphere.
